I am grateful for the valuable lessons learned during my tenure as Deputy Treasurer, and I attribute our success to the collective expertise and dedication of our exceptional staff. Together, we have formed an outstanding team committed to serving our esteemed Taxpayers and effectively representing our esteemed County.

Accomplishments since January 1, 2021:

• Established a cohesive, welcoming, and productive work environment
• Implemented flexible work schedules for staff during Non-Tax Season months
• Fostered collaborative relationships across County Offices and Departments
• Transitioned to ACH for monthly distribution, saving money and enhancing security
• Automated Treasurer’s Report for transparency and error prevention
• Organized community service projects, including a ramp construction and food drives
• Successfully conducted a Toy Drive in partnership with the Sheriff’s Office
• Achieved historic growth, stewardship, and investments during the COVID Pandemic
• Maintained zero audit findings and ensured transparency in financial operations
• Treasurer Taylor appointed to NACO FPIGA Steering Committee
• Treasurer Taylor elected Secretary of the Treasurer’s Affiliate within NMC
• Developed and supported Treasurer’s Office staff, leading to promotions and reduced attrition
